For a few weeks now I have been writing some posts for the Moms Talk Network and expanding my blogging horizons. I’ve been writing more content related posts and guess what? I like it! And I’m hoping you will too.
Don’t worry, there will still be motherhood musings and most importantly photos of the boys, the dogs and our mountain life. But just for fun I am going to mix in a few resource based posts for moms and mavens and well, pretty much anyone who will listen and/or feels like being mildly entertained.
I collect so much interesting clutter on the internet so now I’m going to share it with you! I was hoping to call this a Friday File but considering it is Saturday…
Anyway – let's begin!
I’m starting with DIY Sweater Mittens. Now I don’t have the time to do this myself but I really hope someone who reads this and is close to me does. Only because; I really want to see the result. So if you actually take this on, please send me a photo. I love this blog in general – so many cool and creative DIY ideas

I SO wish I had the time to do this. I have so many sweaters I have shrunk into oblivion…
OK moving on:
The second thing I have to share with you are these completely adorable kid’s art prints that I found on Babyology.com Basically these 'Spineless Classics' are prints that are conceptual blocks of writing shaped to depict a character or tenet of the story contained within the image, which is an ENTIRE book! Our boys’ room is still in flux but I would LOVE these for a kids room in the future. Maybe these can be DIY as well? Anyone?
